Short term goals
1. Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources.
- In order to satisfy this goal, I will need to continue with my current studies and maintain the grades that I have obtained thus far.
2. Get promoted to Senior Engineering Aide.
- In order to obtain this promotion, I will need to take responsibility for more projects within the Design Support organization and improve upon the projects and processes that I already own.
3. Join my Homeowner's Association Board.
- In order to satisfy this goal, I will need to attend regular HOA meetings to familiarize myself with the needs of our community.
Long Term Goals
1. Build a home.
- In order for me to satisfy this goal, I will need to further increase my credit rating.
2. Get a position in our Fleet Training & Performance Improvement Department.
- In order to make this move, I will need to continue to work on various projects with the training department and demonstrate how valuable I would be in the group.
3. Enter Law School.
- In order, to achieve this goal I will need to study for, take, and pass the LSAT.
